The “I’m A Dancer Against Cancer” campaign was founded in 2012 in a response to the loss of a young dancer from cancer. Since then, it has become a beacon of hope in the dance community, uniting dancers all over the nation.
In 2014, Dancers Against Cancer became an official 501(c) 3 to continue to provide financial assistance to dance educators, dancers and family members impacted by cancer. To date, DAC has proudly raised over 1 MILLION dollars in donations that directly benefit those in need.
If you would like to support Dancers Against Cancer, please go to their website and make a donation. All donations can be made under Elevate Dance.

Elevate Dance is proud to be a HOPE studio & a supporter of the Dancers Against Cancer Foundation (DAC) since 2017.
In 2017, Elevate Dance hosted their first "The ELEV8 Project" which raised money and awareness to this important foundation. Dance studios, crews & high schools throughout the Inland Empire & Los Angeles showcased their talents to help raise money for the DAC. This past February of 2019, Elevate Dance hosted "The Elev8 Project2," which raised over $4000 for DAC and several student scholarships. We were honored to have the support of several dance studios, crews and high schools within the Inland Empire.
